Just getting back from an International Social Sciences conference in Prato, Italy. I was there from July 20-27 and I was able to go to Florence, Pisa, and Rome. You can see the pics from the trip here:

I’m going to Minneapolis on the 27th of June to look at the location where my new video will be presented as part of Exploding Language curated by Obsidian Arts. I’ll be shooting video of people from the local community and learning about the other artist’s work. Hopefully I’ll be able to look at some other art spaces while I am there. I’m going back for the opening of the show in late August.

I will be speaking about my work Thursday Feb. 21st at Spelman College in Atlanta. The location will be LL31 in the Cosby Center (lower level) and the lecture starts at 6:30 pm. I’ll be going over recent work and answering questions from the students.
